Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what the service needs, we do not sell it, and you can have it erased.
What we collect
Your name, email, gender (set once), home town, photos, profile answers, messages, bookings, reviews and letters you write on the platform. Technical logs (IP address, device, timestamps) for security.
Why
To run the service, keep people safe, send the notifications you opted into, and process payments through our payment partner. Payment card details never touch our servers.
Sharing
Other members see your public profile. Venues see aggregate counts only. We share data with processors we need (email delivery, storage, payments) and with authorities when the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
Retention and erasure
Data is kept while your account exists. Ask for erasure from your profile or by email and your account is anonymised: name, email, photos and profile text are removed; bookings and reviews remain as anonymous records.
